After completing my window restoration project, I had to travel to India, but before I left, I wanted to thank you—not only for your outstanding products but also for the exceptional customer service.
When I started replacing my windows, I had no idea how much hidden wood rot I would uncover. Once I discovered the damage, I had two choices: hire a contractor to replace the entire rotted beam or find a way to repair it myself. After searching Google for a solution to repair rotten wood, I found WRP, and I’m very glad I did.

You took the time to explain how the products worked, how to use them properly, and answered every question I had along the way. The follow-up support throughout the project was just as impressive as the products themselves.
My project involved repairing a beam that was nearly 20 feet long with multiple areas of severe wood rot. At first, the job seemed overwhelming, but the WRP system made it manageable. The products were straightforward to use, and I was able to restore the damaged wood instead of replacing it.
The attached photos show the condition of the beam before the repair. Looking back now, I’m extremely pleased with the results. Not only did I save a significant amount of money by avoiding a full replacement, but I also gained the satisfaction of completing the repair myself.
