This Return & Refund Policy explains how Wizzard Repair Products handles returns, refunds, and eligible product issues.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns Within 30 Days

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Wizzard Repair Products reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, products must be new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Opened, used, partially used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for a refund unless the issue is the result of our error or a confirmed product defect.

Customers are responsible for carefully packaging returned items so they arrive safely.

REFUNDS

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, Wizzard Repair Products will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Wizzard Repair Products as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error or a confirmed product defect, WRP will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
